ABOUT THE WORKSHOPS/CLASSES:

When we understand and recognized ourselves as creative beings we can be more positive and consistent in our daily lives. The discovery of innate creativity requires a willingness to break the agreements that have been made with mediocrity.

All human beings go through stages of grief, despair, lack of love, acceptance, respect, and most importantly do not accept themselves. In these workshops, participants will learn how to overcome the fear that has immobilized them and to reach a satisfactory emotional state before any event.

Negative feelings are a result of the treatment we received, whether as children or adolescents, and the life experiences we have accumulated.

The ultimate goal is to be able to accept, value and love ourselves because we will live with ourselves all our lives.


WHO CAN BENEFIT

Workshops are for people willing to make the necessary changes to modify behaviors that prevent them from feeling good about themselves, by sharing and learning from the experiences of others.

SELF-ESTEEM - LEVEL 1: You learn to express your feelings without fear, to discover the causes that prevent us from being comfortable with ourselves, and to value and reaffirm our person positively.

SELF-ESTEEM - LEVEL 2: It continues with the self-analysis to identify and eliminate obstacles that prevent us from achieving peace, serenity and harmony to which we are entitled. You learn to not require external approval and control your thoughts.
