In my professional career I have confirmed that people who feel self-confident, valued and who accept themselves as they are, achieve greater productivity and harmony in everything they undertake, consequently they are human beings who enjoy life to the fullest.
Lack of self-esteem occurs in all types of people regardless of race, religion, sex, educational or economic level.
At some point in our lives we all need professional help in the field of mental/emotional health to achieve balance and inner peace.
The methods I use include psychology, self-analysis, breathing methods, yoga-pilates-taichi exercises, and mindfulnes (mindfulness), among others.
In order to see real social change, we have to start educating parents or guardians, which are the basis of the family. They in turn can help their children to develop values such as: affection, support, understanding, inspiration, and recognition.
