STRESS AND NUTRITION
Six sessions where we will learn to:
1. Recognize the types of stress and their effects.
2. Learn techniques to counteract the negative effects of stress.
3. Give it the importance to the process of feeding ourselves correctly.
4. Custom menus according to age, weight and height.
5. Quick, healthy and delicious recipes.
6. Methods to control negative stress, including breathing techniques, stretching, and mindfulness (live the moment without judging us).
